About

Having owned and operated food establishments for over thirty years in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area, brothers Jamal and Sham Afkhami were enchanted by the Hot Springs area. Deciding that Hot Springs and the resort area was the place to be, they have come here and created a pleasant, amiable dining atmosphere for the entire family.

J&S Italian Villa has an extensive menu that includes pasta, steaks, fowl and fish dishes. All meals are reasonably priced. The bar opens at 5 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday and the happy hour is from 5 till 7 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. Dinner is served from 5-10 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, with Chef Sham and a truly professional wait staff are eager and ready to serve their customer's every need.
